what types and what u think?
I started today lowering my var to 10mg a day, would any of you say it would be ok to go back up to 20mg in a few weeks or should I just stay at 10mg? My training has been really good except this week has kinda sucked from lack of sleep. All so what other types of steriods does any of you suggest in the future? doeses and types, its nice to have good info on here, because my man knows his stuff but only when it comes to men not woman, so he can only help so much with me.

How are your results from this at 10 mg? If you've been on 1-2 weeks you should start noticing some reaction. Generally I really don't see the point in goign higher than maybe 15 mg max. The idea esp. for women is long & low.

when I went back down to 10mgs it was still good, now I'm up to 15mg. today was the first day back at the gym from being really sick for close to 2weeks. I found my straight was still great but I just took it easy.
