I'm a newbie!
Hello!
Thought I would introduce myself. I'm 24 yrs, 5'7", 125lbs. I've been working out for 4yrs but only recently have I started structured weight training. I used to be a runner and mostly did circuit training when I was at the gym. If I did do weights I would only lift light and lots of reps, now I'm lifting HEAVY. I have yet to see any changes but it's only been a month. I've been reading Elite's forums for a few months now and have learned so much about diet and training.

My goals are to increase LBM and decrease my body fat, especially the stubborn fat on my legs. I had my bf tested a month ago (20%bf) I'll go again in 2 weeks for another test to see how my progress is going.
