    some help

    Hi everybody i send my girlīs pic i hope you can help us she wants lose some weigth.
    Sheīs 5.3"about 120pds
    hope you can tell some exercise for her.

    She is just making cardio with bike 3 days a week we are looking for some rutine for her.

    what areas of her body does she want to change, she really needs to train with weights and complete cardio sessions as well. If she plans on reaching her goals just from cardio, she will just spin her wheels.

    Based on a recent study of women involved in fitness, the average aerobics instructor was 18-20% bf, the average female powerlifter was 15% BF. Just goes to show that lifting weights burns bodyfat at a higher rate, plus it adds muscle which will increase her resting Basal Metabolic Rate. Get her in the gym, if there is no gym in the area get her lifting rocks.

    my girl have a big and very strong legs(she can lift 300pounds in leg press)and she wants to lose weight she likes train with weights but we havenīt found a property rutine for her thatīs for we are here.
    She wants to lose bodyfat in medium body and lose fat in triceps.
    Thanks and hope information be good sorry for my english iīm learning.
