Hi Emma nice to have you on the board where in the uk are you?
I live in Trowbridge in Wiltshire and im a WABBA competitor as a heavyweight. I switched over from Powerlifting this year, where i was the consecutive world, European and British record holder.
Cool im from near London, how are you doing at WABBA im not too familiar with it because they have shows up north and aboard dont they? Im figure really, but well done we have EFBB and NABBA and ANB only down here!
How long have you been training for i expect a while?
Also do you have access to the female forum yet?
I dont have access to the forum as yet. Ive been training for 12 years, im 29 now. I won a show in St Helens last weekend, which qualified me for the europeans. My husband competes as well. I have a hell of a lot of size from my powerlifting so its just a case of refining it....do you have an email i can send you a photo???....my email is [email protected]

Fantastic girl as i said i my mail great back flare and bis the reason i say it on here is because when Jason gets on and gives you access we have our own female members picture board where i really recommend you post it if you dont mind because you look great!

dont know you go me Jay who signed on this morning or have i misinturpreted that Hey jay how are you sorry i havnt been around much recently ;) board is growing every day but ive now got a british friend to talk too which is nice absolutly nothing against my USA friend but i can know talk in KG and stone without using my converter to lbs ;)

I'm glad to see you back Ms Figure. I know you have been busy. You are allowed a life outside of here, but you have now used all of your vacation days. ;) LOL We are just glad to have you back. I'm glad you have some more British friends now. I have no idea how many countries we have represented here, but I am loving the worldwide growth.

Yes i think we have a few peops from around the globe ive had enough of you yanks after my holiday asking me to repeat everything i say and giving me strange looks! But i miss your speed stack drink i cant train without it i need more speed stack britian and its stupid ephdrine rules LOL ;)
