    what do take how long for?

    hello there im 160 cm tall and 54 kg i been working out for a while and wanna take so meting to define my muscles but not grow i been taking a fat burner called dimetrodine for a month can anyone suggest something?

    Hey ya
    Im New here too, 24 f, 5'6 130-135 lb BF is about 18/19%, I've got about 10-15 lb Id like to loose. Took ECA stacks for some time but seem to b at a stand still now, been looking into clen for the past few months. Im in Toronto Canada.. kinda lost. I dont trust going through any on line sites, *pharmacy sites I mean* I wound up here on my hunt for more info
    Clen seems to b the most reccomended..

    For all those men who say, "Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free". Here's an update for you. Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage, why? Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire Pig, just to get a little sausage.
