    new member!

    hi everyone!

    im a new member here.... been readin the board for a lil while now, and just wanted to say hi to everyone here!!

    i just have a question for all of you about clen ......

    im prob going to start taking this soon, and even though ive read a bunch about it, i still have some concerns,,,,,

    from anyone who is taking, has taken it, or just knows about it, can u give me some ideas about what i should expect....

    im an average size girl, about 5'4" 125 pounds...... i work out regularly, and eat pretty good diet.... what can i actually expect "results wise" from taking this on the one week on, one off sched.

    Welcome. What are your goals. Are you cutting or gaining? Since these goals would determine the amount you eat it.

    Welcome to the board Foxy.
    I have not had first hand experience with clen so I shouldn't and wouldn't advise on it.

    I would suggest that you ask PTby Jason for access to the female forum(It's shut off to the male members for obvious reasons). Their are many excellent women members here that can get you the exact answers your looking for.

    clen to lose weight!? come on.... You're 125 ? how hard is it to drop 10 pounds with dieting and cardio. Btw welcome !!!!

    ive been dieting and doing a constant cardio sched. for a while now, but i cant for some reason leave this weight....ive been stuck at 125 for a while.

    its becoming frustrating, and so that is why i want to try out clens....

    sorry if u dont agree, just trying to help myslef out a little since diet and cardio isnt seeming to give me the result ive been trying to get

    You can lose it through dieting. Send your diet to me ill fix it up.

    I have to agree with Decoder here...at least until you give us some details about what you eat and when you eat...as well as the type of cardio, how long you perform cardio and what time of day you do cardio. Trust me, these small things can make a difference.
