    Sorry... that was the name my husband used, but then switched the name to me. I will set up my own account. Thanks for getting back to me, I was curious why I hadn't recieved a response.

    hi, i'm a new member, i hang out at femininemuscle.com a lot. i would really appreciate access to the women's forums. i am 38, natty, been training a few years, but new to bodybuilding - just had to weed through a lot of bull**** to find you all! now i'm learning as much as possible, have got my diet and free weights in order more or less, digging deeper.

    Hi my name is Linda i´m 21 my boyfriend gregkovac reffered me to this site. Í´m looking mostly for diet tips and training programs. And maybe some AS tips later on. I´ve been training most of my life. Started lifting weights 5 years ago. And have also competed in sports aerobics. My current stats 5.3 and weigh 118.

    I have been doing Winsor Pilates for about six months ago. The results are awesome. With a good diet and consistancy it works. You can buy the videos off the internet at their website. Good luck!

    Hi, Im Dana & I have a ???

    STARTED TAKING CLEN 2 WKS AGO...
    working on my diet and hitting the gym...
    i started my cycle w/ 10 days on then continue on 2 day on, 1 off.
    I still haven't noticed any results.... i have a month to achieve my goal
    (which is to be really fit) my weight is 115 lbs and 5'2.

    Anyone knowledgeable please advise.
