gf wants diet help??

I was wondering if there was a site that could help me tell my girlfreind how to eat right. She wants to eat better and start working out. I don't know what to tell her b/c i have never done any research for female nutritional needs. Any information from you gals or guys would be helpful.

I would suggest that she register here and talk with some of our female members. Their are quite a few that could help her out. They are very knowledgable and pretty damn cool
