GF wants too lose weight
Hello, ladies!
I got a new girlfriend who is not so active, but now she wants to loose some pounds.
She is 175cm and weights 76kilo (about 160lbs). She asked me to make her a diet and a training routine... but no weightlifting! So I got a situp, pushup, squats w/o weights and ofcourse jogging- routine set up for her(almost like aerobic ). But what about the Calorie intake... how much of pro/carb/fat is good for here? I appreciate all answers... thank you very much! Remember she does only wants fatloss, no gains in muscles!
Thanx sisters!

www.hussman.com to find bmr then hit that with a 40-30-30 ratio or something similar....she'll have to try a few things to find out what works for her....
might wanna try and convince her that skinny chicks with no muscle are still FAT!

best way for her to lose weight is w/ weight tra ining....
she should eat 6 meals per day taking in 27-30g of protien each meal (too common w/ women that they don't get enough protien)
meals 4 & 5 limit carbs to 20g meal 6 0 carbs
also check out www.fitday.com this is a great site to check out calories, carbs, protien, fat and has a colorful pie chart which makes it really easy to see how your diet is day by day...
good luck
Cutie

2300 looks to be a little high, especially if she's still not going to weight train...
i'm 5'5", 175 pounds w/ 20% fat and hit the weights 3x's a week and cardio 5x's...currently eat 2100 cals/day
there, that's the best i can do for ya....

The Natural, I agree with mnkc, go for 2000 - 2100 calories per day.
