    Hello Jason -

    I have been training and competing for several years. I compete at 120', 7-8% bf. I want to put on a little more lean body mass and compete at a heavier weight. My best body part is probably my back and my worst is abs. I am taking this summer off and want to hit it hard this winter for a couple of shows next summer.

    This board seems full of great info and I'm really glad to see such a wide array of female members here.

    I would love access to the female board.
