Looking forward to discussing training and diet with others with the same interests - my boyfriend says I'm driving him mad with training (can't mention the word diet anymore!!) and he doesn't like the idea of me getting any REAL definition - so girls I'm looking for some help, especially for legs - problem area, it just won't happen!!
