    New and looking for advice

    For my stats : 19 years old
    5`3 female weigh 61.5kg I don't know body fat %
    I already dropped from 70.6kg to 61.5 so about 9 kg but I'm not ripped at all I would consider my self still not even skinny
    Just using diet (1300-1500) or even 1900 depending on the training day. I do crossfit ; I train 5x a week so my training is pretty intense

    I follow this programming so check it out ( competitorstraining.com ) I train with the my gym's competitive team

    My diet now is basically for maintaining. Been able to maintain for about 2 months
    Diet for now:
    Usually skip breakfast out of convenience
    Lunch: chicken breast on whole wheat bun with low fat mayo and salad and coffee and an apple
    Dinner: lots of veggies / chicken breast and thigh skinless ; salad and juice
    Snack : usually an apple and protein shake PWO
    About 1800 cal

    Would love to cut fat and get good definition . Don't really want to be extremely shredded but close to shredded I guess i dnt really care about wait but something under 60 would be good .iv been doing lots of research and I think I want to do a cycle with anavar and clen and I'll cut back to 1500 cal again . I would really love advise and suggestions also if anyone lives in canada could u pls tell me how u got the roids? Thanx in advance
