Hi,
I'm 34 years old and have always been overweight untill the begining of 2003. My husband and myself started doing alot of weight training and cardio. Now that I have lost over 85 pounds .. I'm getting to the stage where I am going to be muscle building alot more than just loosing the fat. My husband referred me to this board thinking I might could learn alot more than just listening to and observing him
I would appreciate access to other Female boards so I can learn more .

She's appropriately named, her legs make ME jealous. (Legs is my wife).
Anyway, she has some SERIOUS genetics. She puts on muscle like crazy. I got her in the gym and she's hooked now. At least we never argue about what's for dinner. Heh.

Warm welcome to you. Tons of great info and people here.
Its ashame more women like yourself don't frequent here and learn about diets. Most people don't navigate there way here b/c all the phony diets and fitness centers suck people in (and steal their money). I bet you'll be thanking your husband upon spending a few wks here.
