hello, I'm a new member trying to learn about anavar . I participate in Crossfit about 4 times a week, absolutely love it, but would love to cut some extra fat off. Hoping to get educated from some of the pro's here. Any info is appreciated.

    Welcome

But, diet is always #1 when it comes to changing your body. Juice helps(a lot) - it can be used in different way, from building muscle to keeping muscle while on a super low caloric deficit.

Thank you Samson, definitely agree with you. I can work out 7 days a week, but when I eat like crap it shows. Trying to put in a 100% right now. Been trying to stick to a Paleo lifestyle.

Paleo is very difficult to maintain. I am trying but it is very hard for me to wrap my head around eating so much fat in place of carbs!

After doing this continuously for over 3 years - I came to a conclusion that the diet you design will be easier to stick to.

Just very difficult to do & to learn how your body reacts and to what.
