I'm new!
Well hellllooo all you studly women! My name is fitnesschick_1 (really my parents were a lil goofy ) and I just wanted to say HI! My good friend KBgrl referred me to AR. I am excited to get to know you all and learn more here from your experience.
Fairly new to bb. Only been working out since April (before that i was one of those annoying cardio women convinced lifting makes you big - can you believe what a nerd I used to be?), anyway I got serious in July. Since then I've been reading and trying to learn as much as possible (KBgrl has been VERY helpful to me and my body!). I'm sure this site will help me reach my goals. Right now I need to shed more bodyfat and build up my upperbody more.
Nice to be a new member and thanks to Jason for quick access!

Welcome fitnesschick_1. I saw you as a new member and would have welcomed you sooner, but it seems I've been welcoming a lot of men posing as women. Now that I see that you know KB, you have my warmest welcome.

hummm since this is on the diet...workout ..... beauty board FC....can u tell us what ur diet, split, and hair is like??????

Hee hee KBgrl. Sure
Here's what I've been doing:
4-5 days cardio in am HIIT, workout 6 nights a week w/ following:
chest/tri's
shoulders/back
legs
bi's/calves/abs
repeat and take off sundays
New split starting Monday:
day 1 chest/back
day 2 cardio (45 min moderate intensity)
day 3 legs
day 4 cardio (30 min HIIT)
dat 5 tris, bis, shoulders
day 6 cardio (60 min low intensity)
day 7 rest
Goal - to shed BF as well as build upper body up more (don't want to lose my legs either LOL). Anyway what do you guys think about adding one more cardio at night say on day 1??
Diet is 6 small meals a day - 20-30 g of protein each meal. Around 20 of carbohydrates each meal. Except last meal I usually have low carbs. Also I eat either peanuts or have EFA's daily (usually peanuts - yummm).
Critique away ladies!
OH!! And my hair is brown, hits shoulder and has long layers. Just got a great cut on Saturday so I like it now. LOL! Happy kbgrl? LOL
