But is it also true that when you start taking <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=CREATINE" target="_blank">creatine</a> that when you get off it you get small again and loose everything. What else do you recommned to gain muscle mass. I am 5'3 and weigh about 116lb I've been working out for about a year, and I still want to get my legs a little thicker. PLEASE HELP!!!
