    Another N00b

    Hey, I'm new to all of this. I compete in Strongman, not getting any younger, and am having a harder time maintaining leanness. Not interested in running any AAs, but am just started SARMs which I'll do for the next month: ostarine, S4, and cardarine. I'm up nearly 4 lbs from travel, but it is what it is: 154.4 this morning.

    Just wanted to say a quick hello!

    I'm not capable of handling the sides. I know they're minimal with anavar et al, but I'm just too conservative to deal with anything with even the remotest possibility of being virilizing.

    Re: SARMS ... I'm up SIX pounds in two weeks. Granted, Thursday was Thanksgiving, but I fasted yesterday (I do a bit of IF, usually 2 days/week), and I look excessively puffy. Is it the ostarine? S-4 doesn't bloat from what I've read, and neither does cardarine. Regardless, I'm freaking out a little bit here, so any personal anecdotes are really welcome. I'm taking the weekend off... I've seen 5/2 protocols that other people have used with S4.

    Arrrgh. I just want to get leaner (and stronger), is that too much to ask?

    not for a million dollars :-)....Well, i was there once without the chains, but i was asked to leave cause my program that day wasnt hard enough.
    I dont believe in attacking the weigths, i make love to them:-)
