    Smile cutting cycle

    hi, i was thinking of starting a cycle of anavar and winstrol tabs, as stated before i went off a small cycle and had an estrogen surge and gained 15 lb in 6 wks, i now want to cut up....please give any input...thanks

    Hi,
    I was wondering if you have heard of femme andvantge creatine serum or if there is any other creatine supplement that is good out there. I wanted to gain some muscle mass on my legs.

    Taking either of those won't help you lose the fat. What's your diet like and what was the cycle you did before?
