    I'm a newbie!

    Hi all!

    I've been working out for the past 3 years consistently. I'm currently not on a very restrictive diet but looking to do my first var cycle. I'd love to hear any suggestions!

    Female
    5'4
    145lbs
    work out 5 times a week.
    taking only BCAA's, a thermo and protein.

    Looking forward to hearing everyone's thoughts!

    Ive just joined too and am also looking to start my first var cycle! 35 years old, 82 kgs, been training for 5 years, flexible dieter.
