New female member with a lot of questions!
Hello guys, new here!
I'm here to learn about aas cause I'd like to compete the next year!
Anyway, I read a lot of info about blitz cycle so short cycle with less sides... But only males experiences! What about women? Can a short cycle (4 weeks) of Anavar , for example at 20 mg daily, lead to great results with less sides?

Your referring to SBCing(short Burst cycling) which is outlined in the thread below(not the one he is saying above) you'll see for yourself where the monsters live and freaks Rome the earth... Head turners etc - that's what we all strive for in that thread...

This is guidelines for men - but same principles still there... Like depleting your glycogen stores over a longer period of time opening up a growth window... Usually done in 6-8wks of carb cycling you'll retain your size while slowly depleting your glycogen stores and BOOM - your window for growth has opened... What are your goals? Are you a female BBer looking for size etc or LBM and more leaning out?!
I will say some women like the short heavier cycles while others like a continuous moderate dose over long periods(12wks of so) but what compounds are you thinking of using?! Just var?

NACH3, thanks for your reply! I've always been natural, so this is my first experience. I'm thinking to proceed in this way:
4 weeks ON: low carbs, high protein - Anavar 30 mg daily
4 weeks OFF: high carbs, low protein
4 weeks ON: low carbs, high protein - Anavar 30 mg daily
4 weeks OFF: high carbs, low protein
Then, in january, I'll start the precontest and I'll stack anavar and clen ...

This is great to hear ^^ -- and I linked you to the real HIT thread(sorry but Sil thinks he knows what he's doing bug come and post in Marcus' HIT Dungeon and you will get all the knowledge and motivation you need!
So Ulthar, have you ran anavar in the past? I'm asking b/c at that dose it's very high for any female but really high if you've never ran it(also labmax it with a labmax test kit so you know it's actually anavar) this will tell you if the active hormone is in it but not the dosage which is usually underdosed unless your getting RX var!
I like your approach on going 4on 4off repeat but I'd definitely keep your Protein high both on and off... Your carb intake should most likely be higher on as you need the fuel(so it sounds like your not carb sensitive and react well to carbs.... Is this safe to say?!
Being your first run you should see how your body reacts b4 thinking about SBCing as its a very advanced protocol... Go with 12wks at say 10mgs split in two 5mg doses per day... This is plenty efficient and you can go off of your first run and learn as you go... I'd never advise a short burst cycle to anyone whose never ran a cycle... This is an important factor of even considering running a short burst cycle... Hope this helps and please ask wny and all questions -- welcome!

Never used anavar or other gears... Btw, I'm a bit insulin resistant due to pcos and delta4androstenedione and DHEAs a little high but I can control the levels of these two hormones with a low ig diet... Someone told me to stay on short cycles to avoid acne (I had it for many years), so we have think to this protocol... only 4 weeks to avoid the common sides but at an high dose to stay anabolic ... If 30 mg are high maybe 20 mg can go well, don't know if 10 mg for only 4 weeks are enough to built some muscles... I don't want to take anavar for 8 or more weeks without stop because I'm afraid of acne on my face!

You're welcome! I'm interested in anavar to bulk up some muscles! I want more shoulders and legs! Anyway, I think I'll do two cycles of var+creatine... 6 weeks on, 4 off and then 6 weeks on. Starting at 10 mg daily...

Don't worry, thanks! I'm curious about primo too but as a first aas I want to try var, I found pure oxandrolone so I'm sure it isn't a fake... Btw I think 6 weeks + 4 weeks off + other 6 weeks on is a good plan to start... I'll stack it with creatine too. Hoping to bump up the dose of var but first I want to understand how my body reacts

I would really take Nach3 advice and labmax it....You make think its "pure" or it "says" its pure but as a woman I would be especially careful what you consume when it comes to Anabolics. This is one of the most expensive and most commonly faked compounds available.

Welcome! I would absolutely test your var. I did and was so glad I did. Also if you search female logs, there is a lot of information out there. I learned a lot before I embarked on my first of 2 rounds. I kept a detailed log and noted sides as well. From what I can gauge everyone experiences different sides. I didn't experience any of the crazy ones like acne, but some fun ones.
Post where your log is so we can keep up on you! I love reading other ladies journey's. I had some health stuff come up, but will be back for another cycle this fall.

(I'm a little late to the party but wanted to say hi anyway)
PCOS can be rough, but you can also use it to your advantage when it comes to bodybuilding. You do produce a lot more androgens after all.
(But yeah, I know it's not easy to live with, had a gf with PCOS and know several others. Fat gain around the belly seems much more easy, but so does building muscle mass)
Low body fat and some supplements like inositol (think it was myo inositol, but that's a Google search away seem to help some as well)
but as long as you keep insulin sensitivity in check everything seems to work better for some of the ones I know.
