New here and to the gear!
Hey guys,
I'm looking for a little help and advice.
I am new to the steroid world for myself. I have worked around male bodybuilders for the past 12 months and learnt a lot about 'gear' but I've learnt it all based on males.
As a female, like most other females wanting to take steroids I fear the virilisation stuff.
I've currently been on Anavar for 4 weeks and have noticed massive strength and muscle mass gains already.
I was planning on taking it for 8 weeks and then taking a break but in all honesty I don't know what I'm doing! Plus I'm scared coming off and not doing it 'right' will undo all my hard work.
How long do I have to stay off gear for between cycles?
What can I stack it with?
Can anybody recommend a cycle to me?
HGH for women?
Oh and long story short I' 5'6" about 60kg, not sure on bodyfat right now, and my goal is wanting to gain lean muscle mass and reduce BF%
My diet and training is on point right now too.
Thanks I advance
xxx Georgie xxx

Hi and welcome to the forum,
Just copy and ask your questions again in the steroids Q&A section and you'll get a lot of advice.
And just to reassure you about coming off the anavar ,
unlike men, who would need PCT (post cycle therapy ) to get the testosterone production going again after such a cycle,
women are not suppressed in the same way.
You might lose some strength and eventually mass,
but from a general stand point, AAS are "more effective" for women due to not causing supression of endogenous T production as in males.
But more on that in the Q&A,
Welcome and stick around!

Welcome!! I am a female and on var too, my official 2nd cycle. I had to stop another attempt in between due to health issues, but it's great! I gained a lot of knowledge on here from searching Female cycles for months before I ever started on here. Then there are some super informative ladies on here that will help and men as well! Great source of information on here.
