Hi i'm new here 31 year old female. Firefighter by occupation looking to put on some lean muscle (not to bulky)without gaining manly features. Hope to learn lots here. Sorry to post this twice but I wasn't sure if the female forum and females only were the same or not. If so please disregard. if not could I get access to the other female board please . Thanks

Thanks Bull, quick question when I go to the females only linc it just takes me to a blank opage and not to any forums. Am I doing something wrong??

One of the mods will grant you access to the females only area. Takes a little time to get access sometimes, but then you have access to a forum only for women.
