    access to female forum

    I'm a women in her 40's. Been working out for 20 yrs. I do 4 to 5 days of cardio and 3 days of weight training. My diet is high protein, low fat and carbs. I feel like I eat so much. What kind of foods can I eat to satisfy me better without gaining weight. Also what types of workouts would you suggest for me?
