    Hi, everyone.

    I'm Sarah, 22, female.

    I'm a personal trainer and group ex instructor.

    I train at Bally Total Fitness, actually. I'm in Southern Florida.

    I just bought some clen (liquid) and I'm wondering if anyone could give me some advice on what time of day tot ake it, and what should I take it with? Food?
