    hawaiian trop contest

    I have a hawaiian tropic contest that I am entering in about 3 weeks. I am lean but right under my butt there is a little bit of cellulite and fat. I heard preparation h and seran wrap wrapped around the area could take care of it for a little while to make it look tighter, is this true? thanks

    Thank you....I am the one that had the question. My boyfriend posted the question on his screen name for me, but now I am proud member of AR... haha! Anyway, I was hoping that more people would have advice for me. The contest is 3 wks away and I'm kind of freaking out about it. It's not bad, but I want to be as close to pefection as possible. I'll be hitting the gym harder the next few wks but was wondering if there are any (outside of the gym) solutions. thanks!

    Yes preperation-h works to shrink skin, but very very minimally. You would have to use at least a whole tub of it to see any sig. results. As far as the plasic wrap, it helps to heat the preperation-h to aid in the process. And lastly, the skin tightening effect will only last for approx. 45 min. to an hour, then you'll go back to how you were. All in all, you have to spend bucks on one or more tubs of it and you come away smelling like a dirty ass. If you can swing using that much preperation-h then go for it. Oh, and welcome to AR!

    i would say look into a diet that restricts carbs. In 3 weeks you will notice a huge change in your body if you restrict carbs. Something like the atkins diet for example, concidering you are not interested in keeping muscle mass that is, whick i doubt you are. You will shed body fat like crazy, may even take care of you problem concerning your butt, but if not, you will still like the results of it! and you will probably win! good luck

    Thanks monkeyjuice, So how many carbs a day do you think? I've never done the whole Adkins diet thing b/c i'm usually not eating that much of carbs anyway. Right now I'm taking Phentermine aka Fastin just to get as tiny as possible, but I'm finding that I'm not as strong and can't do as much cardio as usual. Do you think that I can do this diet that you are talking about and still take phentermine?

    dont due a atkins type of diet and go carb less. thats a sure fire way to loose muscle and why and the heck would you wan to loose muscle?? being that most of the fat you body motabalizes is done by LEAN MUSCLE TISSUE and your liver.


    OMG god!! If I see another atkins recommendation I am going to **** my pants and play with feces

    If you're looking for help in contest prep here are my suggestions!!

    1. PM swolecat who is the master at contest prep
    2. PM MikeXXL he is also a guru of contest prep
    3. and if your not into taking mens advice, PM livnnfit who is mikes wife or any of the other female mods.

    that would be your best bet IMHO if you need to grind out something in the final 3 weeks.

    Burps as he loses his precious muscle. See let me put it this way; say your goal is to get from 200 to 150 pounds.

    If you do the atkins "diet": you will be a shrunken fat-ass at 150 pounds.

    OR

    Eat good, quality foods with an adequate protein intake; become a nice, lean 150 pounds.

    The choice is yours future Atkins dieters...

    Very few carbs

    I eat very few carbs. I think my diet is right i load up on chicken and steaks and egg whites and oatmeal for the morning. Along with a few protein shakes.
    I probably stick to 50g of carbs per day or less and then for gear i am using anavar and winny. I am getting very lean with rock hard muscle. Think i am doing something right.

    That I would like to see. And "if" you really are, then your in the minority. As I'm sure you will see if you look around on this board most people don't recommend the Atkin's Diet in the slightest. For MOST people it wastes lean muscle tissue. But do what works for you.

    could work but with out seeing your indivdual macro breakdown per meal and time fo day. I am betting your are loosing muscle along with getting hard muscles

    Thanks guys for all of your advice and help! I won my Hawaiian Tropic Prelim, now I'm getting ready for Regionals. I'm wanting to have the hardest little body there and I'm about to get my hands on clembuterol ( i believe that's how it's spelled). I've never taken anything besides phentermine and other prescribed (haha) diet pills so I'm kind of nervous. However, I was told that with the continue of diet and excercise I will see immediate amazing results. Does anyone know anything about it. Please Help! I want to be the next Mississippi's Miss Hawaiian Tropic!

    thanks, JDM for the link...that's the most info I've seen on clen . I have 2 wks untill my Final competition and I'm starting my clenbuterol pills today! I am hoping that with a strict diet and lots of cardio I will see the results that I need to win this thing! I am a little worried about something that was said in the link...Oxyflux is underdosed? That is what I have and I really don't have time before my comp to play around with it and test the doses that I need to intake. So do you think that I need to take more than advised b/c it's not as strong? THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR HELP!! oh yeah... and how do I post pics on here?

    Yeah, oxyflux doesn't seem to work well with anyone on this board. They have produced almost no results with excellerated dosages. If you can, try to get the IP Super Clen , or Spiropent which are way more effective. I'm using IP Super Clen and it's working hardcore for me. If you can't get the other brands and you are stuck with oxyflux, just try the regular dosages first to see how your body responds to it, and add on accordingly to your body.

    Well that sucks... I started yesturday with 1 pill and today I' going up to 2 so maybe since I'm alot smaller than most of the BIG guys on here that haven't had good results it'll work for me, or at least that's what I'm hoping! So how soon should I start to see results so I'll know if it's for me or not.

    You should have the shakes, and a headache. The headache usually lasts for a few days while the shakes last throughout the 2 weeks. Remember, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. You should take your body temperature right now. Clen is supposed to raise your body temperature 1 or 2 degrees higher. That's another way to find out if it's working or not.
