Help Please...
I STARTED TAKING CLEN 2 WKS AGO...
working on my diet and hitting the gym...
i started my cycle w/ 10 days on then continue on 2 day on, 1 off.
I still haven't noticed any results.... i have a month to achieve my goal
(which is to be really fit) my weight is 115 lbs and 5'2.
Any one knowledgeable please advise.

Welcome. Clen will not do the work for you. It is like a high powered Ephedra. You should run it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Dosage requires some experiment by increasing by one pill everyday until you get shaky hands, then continue using one less pill for the remainder of your two weeks.

Hi dana, at first when I posted you were not pink and made female member. There is an entire female forum restricted until a mod allows it. In this forum the female members would have been more informational about women's dosages. Women cycle different than men do and I do not have a clue. How has your clen cycle been going?

Thank u Cutie...here's my reply 2 u...
I've been doing pretty well w/my diet
healthy, mostly protein not carbs
i eat 3 meals a day, lots of veggies, chicken, turkey & fish
my carbs are basically fruits and yogurt.
I feel great and actually it is starting to show a lot of definition on my
body .... honestly im getting excited....
