    Post-Partum Blues

    Hi all!! I am BRAND new to this sport.......have been working out though for a number of years, but now being 31 and having a baby, I have a GREAT desire to get my figure back!! All the browsing and researching I've done has turned me on to bodybuilding! This site, I must say, is the best I have come across! Hope to make some friends!
