Just wanted to say hello, I'm new here... I just started to take this seriously.. going to the gym and eating healthy and all.
My goal is to get my bf% down to about 10-12% -- it's way too high right now... more than i would like to say!
And i'm currently at 127lbs... 5'2'' maybe 3"
