Introducing myself as well

A total beginner here. Play Hockey and Tennis. Never really relied on working out. However.....at 38 I'm starting to lose control of the way I look and feel. Just joined the gym and trying to get back in shape before it's too late. I am interested in learning more about body building and also what this site has to offer. Very overwelming as someone else said. but only because there is so much good information involved here.
