Hey everyone,
I'm 19 years old, I live in Canada, specifically Toronto area, and I'm 19 years old. I started lifting weights about 8 months ago when my ex girlfriend took off on me. I was 132lbs, on a 5 foot 9 frame. Today, I am 172lbs at 5"10, and my bench improved from a 135 max. to 260. I've done this all on nothing but pure love to lift. A few guys I work out with juice a bit, but its nothing I've delved into...yet. I look forward to reading more and meeting more people. thanks....
