New to the forum world
Hi all, I am new to the forum world. Here is a background on me. Just short of 25 yrs old, 5'10", 185 lbs. 2 yrs ago I was the same height and 265 lbs. Leaned all the way down to 171 lbs and 7.5% BF. Have been very fat, but never been super cut. That is what I am looking for. I am 9.5% BF right now and looking to tear up. Wouldnt mind putting sitting at about 195-205 lbs cut. That is ideal. Really joined this site to learn about Fizogen, but look forward to some info. I have been weight training on and off for about 7 yrs, 2 yrs pretty religiously. I sell fitness equip for a living, so I am in good shape and motivated. Need something SAFE to put me over the top. I am married with a young kid, so unsafe or illegal is out. I hope you can help me, and I can be of some help to you. Thanks in advance!
