    New from Pennsylvania

    Just became a member today. Been lifting (natural) for about 15 years. So much great information on this site. Hope to start my first cycle in about 3 months. I tore an abdominal muscle doing leg presses about 2 weeks ago ( major bummer), and it was my first major injury since I started lifting. The good thing is it will give me some time to do some more research and try and find a reliable source (if possible). Hell I can't hardly even pedal a bike right now.
    1st cycle
    Week 1-10 Equipose 400 mg week
    Week 1-15 Nolvadex 20 mg each day
    Week 12-15 Clomid

    Does that sound like a good cycle?
    my stats:
    230 lbs, 5' 11"
    35 years old
    lifting for about 15 years.

    welcome to the board, post it in the cycle section and im sure youll get a ton of feedback. it seems like a very mild cycle.. most people always recommend test in a cycle.
