    Help

    Hey what's up. I need some help here. I've been injecting myself in the left shoulder and i now have a knot that hurts and the swelling won't go down. I have no i dea what i did. Its not like real bad that i cant move my arm or anything it just bothers knowing that it's there and that it doesnt seem to be going away. What did I do wrong if anything? I've been icing it and im on anti inflamatory meds but i don't know what up. This happened after the last shot. If anyone can give me some insight as to what I di or what I can do please help. Thanx

    I injected winstrol , Zambon, but i injected the same spot like a retard. Bro, is this sh** gonna pass with massage. Cause lemme tell you, it hurts like a mother ****** when i massage it. I still do it but bro it kills me. Am i doing the right thing.
