How is this stack for my first cycle?

Im 33 years old and I was thinking about starting a six week cycle and stacking 400 mg Deca /week, 500 mg Sustanon /week, and 30 mg (D-bol)/day for six weeks. Should I do a longer cycle? Is this stack good to start with?

how about a test only cycle for a 1st cycle? ex. test E 400mg ew 1-10. imo thats a bit much for a first cycle.

i would change the deca to 300 ew so u only have to buy one bottle and dont do sust unless u plan on shootin it eod! Twice a week with sust is going to pay havoc on ur test levels due to the short acting esters (prop) in it. Switch the test to 500mg of t-enenthate or cypionate . Also cut the dbol to 4 weeks unless u like liver transplants.

Bit to hard for first cycle id reckon... Try 200mg of Deca with 200mg of test.

Weeks 1-8 200 mg Deca
Weeks 1-10 200mg Test.

First cycle the recepters are fresh so imo that would be ample.

Still, read up on steroid 1/2 lifes and post cycle treatment to restore your natural test levels. Also Deca is a low androgenic however, gyno is differnet for everyone. With the Test, gyno again again can be an issue. Find out about Novadex, it is used in the treatment of breast cancer and contains the drug "Tamoxifen ". The drug is a must for most mail bodybuilders particulary with the use of Testosterones.
