    Hey from canada

    Checked the site out for close to a year, just decided to join. Very impressed by the positive responses guys have to people's picture posts, obviously bodybuilding is a very critical game but we all need positive renenforcement . Anyways i had serious car accident 2 years ago, trying to train but not having great success, so for the time being limited to light training 3 days a week but ride stationary bike for over an hour a day, the process is irrating.
    couldn't train for a year( well off and on when my back would let me, which wasn't very often ) and i look like hell. Wondering if there many many canucks on the site.
