    Thumbs up Hi everyone!

    Hey everyone, i'm new to this site and im really wanting to learn. Im 15 i weigh 164 pounds and 5'5....I've been fat for to long i came to this site for information on bodybuilding and i hope everyone will spare a bit of time to help me thx..
