Lightbulb Just started working out, could use some help

I was told about this site and I was pretty happy to find it. I stated working out with a new routine at the gym so I can gain a good base. It's pretty simple, a full body workout 3 times a week. If this is any good, how long do I keep it up for and should I take anything while I'm on this schedule?

    Thanks,
    Jones, Brian

that should be ok for a short time to build a base but eventually you will want to train each body part once a week so they get proper rest. as far as sups, protein, vitamins, creatine, glutamine plenty of water and plenty of sleep should do you good for a while. oh yea, welcome

welcome man, the full body thing will get you a base but like crane said, only for a couple weeks then you need to get on a different bodypart split routine. Check the sups forum and workout forums as there is an abundant amount of knowledge you can read through just by doing a search
