    New to the board......

    New to the board just wanted to say hello everyone.
    I am 6 ft 1/2 in tall
    was 304 in jan 2004 diet down to 239lbs at present. 1st contest in 7 days still holding alittle water the last part of lower abs are still affraid to come out.
    I need help fast. going to be in novis and open super heavy weights. Want to be little more ripped only 6 days to do it in. how do i get the water off fast?
