Hello muscle freaks,
I am a trans-atlantic male and 28 years old. I am working out for 4 years now.

My favourite bodybuilder is Arnold. The muscles that are most developed in me are my biceps, traps and pects. I still have to work hard to get big shoulders, back and abs. I used to weigh 78 kilograms at first. Then I started using the forbidden fruit and i gained 13 kilograms. I want more mass now and after that i want to cut. I train 4 or 5 days a week. Usually I use this program:
Monday:
chest: 5 exercises with 5-12 reps and 4 sets
triceps: 4 exercises with 5-12 reps and 4 sets
forearm flexors: 1 excersize 5-12 reps and 4 sets
Tuesday:
back: 5 exercises with 5-12 reps and 4 sets
biceps: 4 exercises with 5-12 reps and 4 sets
forearm extensors: 1 exercise with 5-12 reps and 4 sets
Wednesday:
legs: 8 exercises with 5-12 reps and 4 sets
traps: 2 exercises with 5-12 reps and 4 sets
schouders: 5 exercises with 5-12 reps and 4 sets
Thursday:
Rest
Friday:
Same as Monday.
Next monday I start with back and biceps. So every day shifts one place.
I am on AS and had it 2 times. I will start with my third stack next week. Every time I try different AS. But methandienone works best for me. I always take an off-period after using.
My ultimate goal is to achieve a weight of at least 100 kilograms with a bodyfat of: 5% or less.
So, this is me. I hope everyone trains his/her arse off here! Remember, you can achieve anything you want, as long as you believe in it.
