    Whats good people

    Been browsing for about 2 days and thought i might aswell register . I've been training for about 7 months with a freind, seen decent results espacially in the quads and lats region, but i have serious problems with my arms they measure in at 12 1/2 to 13" whilst my quads are at 22" whilst my freind has huge arms he seems to be lagging on the lats. Has this got something to do with genetics.

    PS. i follow the Max-OT rep scheme (4-6), and im not on any drugs .

    Edit: Weight: 73-4 KG - Bodyfat: 12-13%(Probally less) - Height: 5'7"
