    looking for some help!!!!!

    Whats up! New guy here! Ive been working out for about 4 years now and Im looking for some help, not happy with the gains and unhappy on how I look. If anyone has some advice please write. Thanks!

    Good advice also read the diet and work out forum and search for topic of interest. There are a few years worth of knowledge in the archive of this board if you look you will most definitely find what you want
