Thanx BSC, if i known where this would have taken me i would of documented everything i've done and wrote a book, but i think it was mostly will power and me knowing that to be who i wanted to be i had to make sacrifices but it was the basic 3 days of cardio a week of walking at a slight incline for 45 mins and alot of supersets but now i'm ready to pack some mass on! and i totally agree this is the best site i have found i'll be around for awhile

Forget what the gf thinks. Mine tries to deter me from weight lifting altogether. She'd dump my ass if she knew I was into gear. Girls wont understand your "addiction" to the weight room man, but hey, you're doin it for yourself right? There was a point in time when my priorities were skewed and a girl got between me and the gym....luckily I got my head out of my ass right quick and back on track.
Keep up the awesome work
