    Hi I'm Richo

    Hey fellas, I'm 20 years old, been serious at the gym for 2 years but just the last year 19 through to 20 yo I've slacked off. I've lost alot of gains, and want to get back to (my forum pic). That's alittle about me, and I hope that I will successfully do that talking to you guys, and getting info off you. Do you think taking Winstrol (stanazolol) alone will help me achieve that?

    Winny alone is a waste of money. You might add 5 pounds of muscle if your lucky, but it will shut down your natural testosterone levels . Read the educational forum and do a search. Try this for a base cycle: 25mg Dianabol Every Day for 4 weeks, along with 500mg of Testosterone Enthanate a week for 10 weeks. At the six week, run 50mg of Oral Winistrol every day for 4 weeks until the end of the 10th week. Once the 10th week is complete, run Clomid at 150mg a day for a week, than at 100mg a day for a week, and then 50mg for 2-4 weeks after that.

    That's a standard cycle. Looks like this mapped out.

    Dianabol 25mg ED [Weeks 1-4]
    Testosterone Enthanate 500 EW(2 injections per week) [Weeks 1-10]
    Oral Winistrol 50mg ED [Weeks 6-10]
    Clomid 150mg ED [Week 11]
    Clomid 100mg ED [Week 12]
    Clomid 50mg ED [Weeks 13-15]

    I'm assuming you know how to train and eat correctly. And by the way, post steriod questions in the steriod questions forum.
