    Guys, I was wondering if you could give me a cycle for my first run, a workout plan and nutrional advice

    Just had to say it after I see all you regulars tell the newbs "Do your research" and then they just go ahead and ask you the very same questions. Alas, some people are just way too lazy to do the work for themselves. Anyway, just wanted to throw out a quick hello, and say that these boards have been very helpful so far, so why not contribute my own two cents. You'll be seein a lot of me around here.
