    Whats up guys!

    Hey guys new member here just wanted to say hi and tell a little about myself. I've been off and on the site just browsing for about the last year, But i finally decided to register. Im 24 years old 5'10" about 200 pounds but ive kinda let myself go a little since being married for a few years (about 18% bf, i know its pitiful). My goal is to get lean and back to my old self before i start packing on the muscle. Oh yeah i live in hawaii so being lean is my first priority. Thinking about making a diary to help keep myself motivated and post my progress. Well sorry about the winded thread but just wanted to say hello and im sure im going to learn alot.

    Check out the Diet forum, it will become your best friend...

    Especially check out the sticky 'The Cutting Primer' within the Diet forum before you post for a critique on your diet, most of the bros there will tell you to read it anyways... CLICK HERE
