Hey all! Awesome board!
My specs are above, I just wanted to introduce myself to every one...Basically I haven't been lifting in the past three months...I was hoping for some gear to energize me back to the gym, but upon reading this forum, I guess I should be lifting for a couple a months before I get on the stuff...
I think I'm going to try to rigorous natural cut routine for a couple of months, and then go on the the stuff to bulk me up. What do you guys think?
