Sup dudes. Any help would be appreciated. I'm 23 and doctors say i have an overweight problem. No, not really. I do have to lose some weight, though. I just started a cutting diet and will start lifting in the fall when i head off to Western Illinois University. I'm into not having to pay for a gym membership.

Don't get discouraged, don't think it takes a week to look like a guy in the mag, and make sure that you work your ass off!
