Hi everyone. First post here. Been reading and learning for a couple months though. I've been lifting solid for the last two years with minimal results. After reading so much here, I know it's my diet that has been the cause of my failures. So I'm trying to get that back in line. I'm 26, 5'9" and currently about 175lbs. My BF is higher than I'd like, but I know that will come down with diet. I've taken pics and body measurements to track my progress. Just wanted to say hi. I've got a lot to learn before I try my first cycle. I'd say I'm at least a year or two out from that.
