Just wanted to introduce myself :) Feel that I'm past interest in sports competition but would like to add muscle for my own satisfaction (like to push to new goals). I know a lot about the basics but welcome ANY advice...I find the mass of information (especially all the conflicting reports) on the net to be a little overwhelming right now :eek:
