    Question newbie let himself go!

    hey there just joined the board, from Wales, bet not many of u guys know where wales is??? nevermind near England!

    anyways basically been training regular for two years now and used to play rugby but since ive quite the sport ive kinda let myself go, got a lovely belly etc.. Anyways my source recommends i try for 8 weeks-

    fina 75mg eod
    test prop 100mg ed
    clenbuterol 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off

    Not really looking for mass yet more interested in quality gains and fat loss,and wondered wot u thought. Also any basic ideas for diet?

    my stats are 5ft 9, 17% body fat age 21. Really apreciate all comments

    Welcome bro, gotta lot of studin to do.

    I would recomend staying away from any as right now, do 45-60 mins of low intens cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach at least 4 days a week, and eat only protien/fat meals 6 times a day except for after training when you'll want some carbs.
    There ya go bro, just saved a few weeks worth of studying, then when you drop your bf and get your diet down try a test enanth or cyp only cycle and enjoy!!

    Consider the effect of tren , prop and clen on your aerobic capacity and endurance if you want to get back into rugby. Opinions vary but some (including me) think that tren takes your wind away and that clen ups your heart rate so much that you're not going to want to be playing too hard. On prop, I'm not so sure. I'm looking myself for a cycle that is compatible with aerobic sports. For now, you could try:

    test cyp or en - 300-500mg ew
    deca - 250-400mg ew
    EQ - 300-500mg ew

    winny if your joints will handle it.

    I would stay away from dbol (wonderful stuff but hell on the aerobics) and tren (also keeps you awake).

    Of course, this is not the cycle for a hardcore bodybuilder.
